Dear students... did you know, that when I was a student, that I also studied language???
I didn´t study English the way you do, but I studied Spanish!
and now....BUM BUM BUM...I am in SPAIN!!!!
I sleep at my friend´s house.
His name is PePe; Isn´t that a funny name?
He is a very funny guy.
He teaches me a lot of new words in Spanish.
It is difficult for me.
I don´t speak Spanish for so many years!!!
But you know what?
Now I am listening to Spanish, writing letters in Spanish, and practicing to talk in Spanish.
It is not easy!
¡Que Lastima! Es muy dificíl por me, pero nececito practicar mucho mucho.... THAT IS SPANISH....
I say it´s hard work, but more times I practice, the better I get.
And even more important: LISTEN!
then try to think what are they saying!
then, try to talk back. even if it is bad, if there are mistakes, you are still trying. you are still talking and using language. it is GOOD!
Students! I think I want to tell you,
Practice your English.
Someday like me, you will want to travel.
you will be so happy that you practiced, and you can use your what you learned.
For me, I am so happy I feel like laughing. I LOVE LOVE LOVE to hear Spanish everywhere.
me encanta...
I love...
Be happy, smart and exciting!
Love,
Miss Susan
I will send you more pictures soon!

This is my new friend, Jang Sun Myun!
Ha Ha Ha! I came all the way to Germany, and the first new friend I make is Korean girl!
Oh, well. Koreans can be fun to play with!
This is a funny picture... it is SOOOO cold and rainy.
We me at a very sad place: Dachau (dah-how)
Many good people were put here and died very very very bad deaths.
This says Work Makes you Free.
After a sad place, we went to see the Queen´s Palace.
Wow! What a BIG palace!

It is a Lie.
The people who made this place killed people by making them work too hard.
This sign and museum is here.
They say it is important to remember, so i can not happen another time.
A picture of the Army police tower. It was very dangerous to try and escape.
It is BEAUTIFUL!
It had a MOAT all around it.
This means a water path.
It is soooo big, that I can not even put it all in the picture!
The palace garden was nice for walking, but it was too rainy, and very cold!!!
It was even snowing!

It is SOOOOOO BIG!
I think it is the most AMAZING building I have ever seen! At 12 o´clock, these little children puppets come out of the clock in the center, and they put on a show. The clock is called a GLOCKENSCHPIEL. Is it a difficult word? I think so!
This is a Lion statue. It is good luck to touch his nose when you walk past him.
Make a wish! good luck!
This Building has holes in it from World War II. These holes were made when the army shot a machine gun ino the city.
